Abstract

This study is entitled (Semantic Fields in the Poetry of Abdullah Pashew). The semantic fields are a group of words, with relationship between them. the semantic fields of the poet Abdullah Pashew were analyzed. The study gets used from the descriptive approach quoted, in degree and rate. It depends on enumeration. However, an introduction in the body of the study, it contains the concepts, definition of semantic fields, a summary of the theory of semantic fields, the basics of the theory of semantic fields, the standards of semantic fields and their relationships to semantic fields. The second part is about the analysis of semantic fields in the poetry of Abdullah Pashew, enumeration, analysis, classification and Semantic fields in Abdullah Pashew’s poetry. In conclusion, the author mentioned the findings of the study, suggestions and recommendations, with a list of names and sources, furthermore, the summary of the study in both Arabic and English.
